EPRI-Net’s goal was to take appropriate actions in
preparation of the 4th Framework programme in order to involve SMEs and
research organisations from less favoured regions into the Programmes
of the Information and Communication Technology Sector.
EPRI-Net basic approach was to establish a kind of self-help
organisation where enterprises, research institutes and administrations
join together to increase their chances to generate competitive
research proposals and successfully manage and realise trans-European
research projects.
