RADIO SHOW/PODCAST on “Web 2.0 for Politicians”

Hear about the most interesting new media, techniques and campaigns from the big names in our Hot-Air Balloon

February 12th & 14th, 1:30 pm CET (GMT +1)

The EPRI Project partners are preparing the next online- event on the use of new media in politics and communication.

This is a 90 minutes online radio show that will take the shape of a "hot air balloon" game, where invited experts need to convince the audience of their value to society not to be thrown out of the balloon.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • You need only a phone, or an internet connection to participate - and of course an enquiring mind and desire to be ahead of the game.
  • The live audio & online shows will take place on 12th and 14th February (early afternoon) - each show is 1.5 hours.
  • Places for active participants are limited, but you can always download the podcast afterwards.

AGENDA

Mon 12th Feb: Making Web 2.0 work for you

  • Justin Oberman: Founder of Digitism, mobile technology journalist and blogger (Mopocket.com);

CONCEPT: How it works

  • The "Hot Air Balloon" game is a 1.5 hour online radio show, where invited experts need to convince the listeners of their added value to society, in order not to be thrown out of the sinking balloon.
  • This online audio show will be followed by a Question-Answer session open to the live political audience via audio (telephone) and web conference.
  • Your role as a panel member, would be to review the tools, question the visionaries and experts, and of course, decided which of them should stay in the balloon!
